Eran Naim

Born in 1970, Eran Naim served at the 890 paratroopers in the Israeli army. He then enlisted in the Israel Police for the role of a detective for 15 years. He has used this experience in his acting roles, working with writer-director Yaron Shani on four films including the 2010 Academy Award nominee Ajami, which also won five Israeli Ophir awards including Best Film and received a special mention for the Camera dโ€™Or Award for best first feature film at the Cannes Film Festival. He has also featured in Shaniโ€™s โ€œLove Trilogyโ€, including Stripped (2018), Chained (2019), and the upcoming Reborn. In each, he plays the same character, a policeman named Rashi. For Chained, he received his first APSA nomination for Best Performance by an Actor.
