A Mirror For The Sun documents the most harrowing adventure of the IDF’s first-ever Jewish Orthodox combat navigator, Tamar Ariel. After serving her tour and then two additional years of voluntary military service Tamar Ariel wished to broaden her experiences and understanding of the world. She joins a multinational group of hikers who have decided to brave the mountain ranges of Nepal. After reaching the summit, the group is hit with an unexpected snow storm and are now forced into a struggle for survival in one of the world’s harshest climates.
